"Riders On The Storm"
Stillwater, MN - Last night we slept through a constant rain downpour, but in the morning we were fortunate enough to have a short break in the rain, which allowed us barely enough time to break camp and load up our bikes.
Once we began cycling, the skies ahead of us got as dark as night and we immediately sought refuge in the vestibule of an open church. The storm blew through after a couple of hours and in the afternoon as we cycled the countyside we saw numerous blown down trees. We later learned from some locals that a small tornado had run through the area!
We Thank Today's Fans For Life:
Roberta Gauthier - Greg's friend who let us dry our wet gear, take showers and clearn our laundry at her house in Marlette, MI.
Day 36 Recap: Lapeer, MI to Caro, MI (33 miles)
